I would personally NEVER make Promise ...Anonymous:<br /><br />I would personally NEVER make Promise Active a part of my diet. It is highly processed and stripped of all nutrients, which forces them to fortify the spread with the nutrients (which are then not bioavailable to us). Real raw butter in smaller quantities, in my opinion, is much better for your health. We both know that foods that are not whole are the root of all of America's health problems!
